Welcome to WINC - The Women's Initiative Network & Connection, L.L.C. is a consulting company that was founded in 2007 and has worked with numerous companies to customize business strategies and programs to enhance the hiring, development and promotability of women to upper management. We also assist Marketing Departments with plans and programs designed to reach the various women's markets, which account for over 90% of consumer purchases throughout the United States in most categories like auto sales, home sales, and retail clothing.

WINC Angel Investment Networking Group

Recently, we have launched a new Women’s Initiative that includes the development of an Angel Investment Network Group specifically designed for the investment, growth and mentoring of women entrepreneurs and minority owned business owners. WINC Angels invest personal capital at their discretion into companies that pass our due diligence process. WINC presents education, advice and training to entrepreneurs, investors and academic institutions on all aspects of  female entrepreneurship.
